Welcome to the Videocenter website. By using this site, you acknowledge that you have read this legal notice and you agree to comply with it. The purpose of this legal notice is to inform you of the existence of intellectual property rights that must be complied with and of the terms and conditions for collecting and processing your personal information in the context of operating this website. 2. TECHNICAL INFORMATION
 
As a user of the Videocenter website you acknowledge that you have the ability and means necessary to access and use the site. You acknowledge that the computer configuration of the Videocenter site contains no virus and that it is in perfect working order. You acknowledge that you have been informed that the Videocenter website is available 24/7 except in the event of force majeure, computer problems, problems associated with the structure of telecommunications networks or other technical difficulties. The Videocenter may be unavailable for maintenance purposes. It will endeavor to give users prior notice.

6.1 RESPECTING OTHERS
 
As a user of the ENGIE Videocenter website, you must respect applicable legislation, and legal provisions on information technology, files and privacy. Violations of these are subject to criminal penalties.
 
You must notably refrain from collection, improper use, in particular of nominative information you access, and in general, any act likely to harm the privacy, honor, sensitivity, brand image or notoriety of any physical person or legal entity, and in particular, of ENGIE, by avoiding any defamatory, provocative, unsavory, denigrating or threatening note, message or text in any medium whatsoever.
 
6.2 RESPECT FOR INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
 
The general structure of the website, and the text, databases, images, knowledge and any other items making up the Videocenter website are the exclusive property of ENGIE. The site software remains the property of Opsomai, a service provider to ENGIE. Any total or partial representation of this site by any process, without the express consent of ENGIE is prohibited and would constitute counterfeiting, criminally punishable under articles L. 335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.
 
Similarly, brands and other distinguishing marks such as logos on the site are the property of ENGIE and any use by unauthorized third parties is strictly prohibited.
 
Any total or partial reproduction of these brands or logos without the express authorization of ENGIE is therefore prohibited regardless of the medium used for this purpose and is notably subject to criminal penalties, as set out in articles L. 716-1 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.
 
7. GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR USING VIDEOS FROM THE VIDEOCENTER
 
The videos available at the Videocenter site are works protected by the Intellectual Property Code.
 
7.1 ACCESS TO THE SITE
 
An authorized user is a physical person who has received an ID by email authorizing access to http://videocenter.engie.com. User names and passwords are strictly personal and shall not be shared with third parties under any circumstances.
 
Information transmitted by a requesting party shall not be used by the Videocenter site other than for statistical, non personalized reasons. The Videocenter reserves the right to temporarily or permanently restrict an authorized user from accessing the site, and may do so without notice.
 
In such an event, a restricted user agrees to stop using videos already downloaded onto any type of medium.
 
Downloading from the Videocenter site implies unqualified acceptance of the general conditions set out in this document.
